But to access your old account data, there are some hoops you need to jump through first - sorry...

If we have ever sent you email... you are in our database.
Please follow these instructions to log into your existing account!

We imported everyone's contact info from our old database, please check to see if we already know you before creating a new account.
- Go to http://store.looneylabs.com/
- In the top right, click on the "Log In" link. Or if you shop first and then check out, when prompted go to the "Returning Customers" section.
- Enter your email address in the "Email Address" text box. Leave the Password field empty.
- Click the "Click here if you've forgotten your password" link.
- If your email address IS in our database, you'll get this message:
"Sorry, we could not find a hint for your email address."
This message means we DO have your email address in our system. Now you just need to set a password and you'll be able to log in. Unfortunately we weren't able to save the password you used to log into looneylabs.com before, so you'll need to set a new password.
To set your new password, Click on the link "click here and we will email you instructions". An email will be sent to you at the email address you provided. The email will provide you with a link to change your password.
- If we DO NOT have the email address you entered in our database, you'll get this message:
"We do not have an account with that email address registered at our webstore"
If you have another email address you might have given us, you can try again... (GOTO Step 3)

If you can't find your account, or no longer have access to the email address we have for you, go ahead and create a new account. We can merge them...
Click on the "Register" link in the top right corner and you can register and create a new account.
Once you have Registered, or set a new password, you are ready to go! We hope you enjoy our new web store and Happy Shopping!
